E-Mail is a great method of communication, because you can send messages when we're not in, and we can reply when you're not in. Mail fhcontact@friendlyandhelpful.com and we'll get back to you soon.

Keep an eye out here for the contact address to possibly change; we'll have to change it once it starts drowning in spam from being posted on the WWW. We do have good spam filters, but none are perfect, and the more spam we get, the better chance we'd lose a message from you.

We are connected to the worldwide PSTN, and so we can talk to you in real-time. Simply call (919) 277-0953 from any telephone, and you'll be connected to us, or you can leave a message and we'll be paged.

The best times to call are after hours on weekdays and anytime on weekends, since we have day jobs.
